The children in this picture have no possessions other than the clothes they are wearing. The Wilderness Trust can provide them with a school uniform and education for one year for just £8.
Imagine what a regular donation of just £1 could do.
For less than the price of one coffee shop refreshment, you can provide a needy child with the chance of a future.

REGULAR SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsors are desperately needed to put the children of Kisumu through school and supply them with a uniform, books and pencils.
Education is the way forward, giving the next generation a chance of a poverty free future.
However, Education does not cure the day to day living conditions NOW, nor does it keep them from getting sick, finding food, clothing or lack of sanitation. Antibiotics are desperately needed to help with infections and many medical illnesses and in many many cases save lives.
The biggest killer in Kenya is still malnutrition. Most families have no income and can not afford to buy food. Starvation is the biggest plague but can be cured so easily.
The main water supply is still the river where the villagers wash, do their laundry, take their animals and get water.
Clean water is desperately needed and can only be solved be a bore hole or well but this needs to be paid for somehow.
We can only carry on our work here if we continue to receive sponsorships!
If you or your business can offer regular payments to help save and improve lives in Kisumu please contact us using via our Facebook Page to organise a direct debit arrangement
Any amount would be gratefully received. Any amount will help. Please leave your telephone number so a member of our admin team can contact you.
Thank You all

VOLUNTEERS
We are always looking for volunteers to help us change lives.
If you would be interested in joining us in Kenya helping with building and farming,
teaching (both children and adults), giving medical aid or just generally helping out please contact us as soon as possible.
If you would like to help as part of work experience or just a life changing holiday you will be welcomed with open arms and given training where needed.
Contact Roger via our Facebook Page or
via email at and leave us your details including telephone number where you can be contacted.
Thank you

FUNDRAISING
There are many ways to raise money for our charity and many ways you can help.
We are looking for individuals to raise money through sponsored activities, fund raising events, or coffee mornings, etc..
We are also looking for local businesses to act as a drop off location for people donating their old prescription glasses or to hold donation tins.
If you feel that you, as an individal, a group or a business could help, please contact us via our Facebook Page or by email
If you work in a school, we would be delighted to hold an assembly to teach children the difference between their lives and those of the children in Kenya and encourage them to think of ways they can help those less fortunate.
